Dear “Thunder” families,
It is with a mix of emotion that I let you know that my time in the St. John Catholic school community will come to an end at the closure of this school year. I have thoroughly enjoyed my 4 years of leadership at St. John and I leave with many memories and friendships. The next stop along my leadership journey is Holy Rosary Catholic school in Waterloo.
Please join me in welcoming Paul Gladding, a friend and colleague, as the new Principal of St. John. Paul is a person of faith who brings a wealth of experience, a kind heart and a love of children to St. John. You will be in good hands!
Sherry MacDonald will remain at St. John as the Vice-Principal.
If you want to have a “sneak peek” at our Folk dance team before the festival on May 9th at the Auditorium, they will be performing on Wednesday, May 9th at 10:45 on the school blacktop. This “sneak peek” will be cancelled if it is raining that day.
